The present website, Kevin Arnaud Photography (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), is an e-commerce site accessible through the Internet network, open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as "User"). It is published by the Micro-Enterprise Kevin Arnaud Photography (hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher"), with its registered office located at 110 rue Saint Maur 75011 Paris, registered in the SIRENE directory under the number 792 256 695.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
The use of the Site is subject to the acceptance of these General Terms of Use (T&Cs). By using the Site, the User acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs.

Site Description
The Site allows the User to purchase art prints as well as Lightroom presets. The User can create an account, post comments on products and blog posts, and use a wishlist. It is expressly forbidden for the User to resell Lightroom presets or make them available for free or for a fee on other platforms.

Personal Data and Privacy
The Publisher respects the privacy of its Users and strictly complies with laws on privacy and individual liberties. No personal information is collected without your knowledge. No personal information is given to third parties. Emails, electronic addresses or other nominative information received by this site are not exploited and are only kept for the time necessary for their processing.

Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site, whether visual or auditory, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright. They are the exclusive property of the Publisher. The User who has a personal website and wishes to place a simple link on his website for personal use, directly leading to the Site's homepage, must necessarily ask for the Publisher's permission.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute in relation to the use of the Site is subject to French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt to seek an amicable solution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear this dispute.

Miscellaneous
If a part of the T&Cs should prove to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, for whatever reason, the provisions in question would be deemed unwritten, without questioning the validity of the other provisions which will continue to apply between the Users and the Publisher.
